Mary Jean Flamer is an advertising and media professional with over 30 years of experience in the selling, planning and buying of media. She started as a media buyer in New York for BBDO Advertising. At Ted Bates Advertising she became Radio Broadcast Supervisor, supervising a large buying group with several national accounts.

She relocated from New York to San Diego to become Media Director for the Fotomat Corporation. Moving to Los Angeles, she became Broadcast Supervisor for Chiat/Day Advertising, buying time for such national advertisers as Apple Computer, Yamaha Motorcycles and Olympia Beer. As Vice-President/Network for Western International Media (now Initiative), she purchased network TV and radio for Denny’s Restaurants, Malpaso Productions (Clint Eastwood’s company) and Lee Nails.

Mary Jean moved to the “other side of the desk,” becoming one of CBS Radio Rep’s highest billing salespeople. She developed national accounts and was rated by an independent survey of advertising agencies as the number one radio rep in Los Angeles two years in a row.

After moving to Scottsdale, Mary Jean developed a strong reputation for developing smart strategies utilizing a variety of traditional and digital media mixes for clients. She has consulted for top Arizona ad agencies and has planned and bought media for a variety of clients including:
